Why do we make this 3-tier hat rack display stand?

Alter Ego starts on military bases all over the country—our dad served over 30 years in the Army, so they were always on the move. That kind of upbringing teaches you a thing or two about rolling with the punches, respecting the hustle, and finding your way, no matter where you land. There are hundreds of stores for Alter Ego running, their products include more than hats, sunglasses, but also other sports wear.

The buyer Bruce sent us an inquiry and told us that they want to stay away from any wires. He asked us to show him some other options because they are a premium hat brand, so the display needs to have a premium look to it. We gave him some reference designs, which are made of wood. Below is the design he chose, and we made a sample for his review.

What are the features of this hat rack display stand?

1. This hat rack display stand is made of wood and a metal sheet, which meets the client’s needs, getting always from wire. Besides, the wood stain finish gives a premium look.  The finish of the display stand is very nice, which looks high-end. The round-shaped base and header give a soft touch feeling to buyers, it’s like the hats on the head.

2. This hat rack display stand is durable as it is made of wood and a metal sheet, which can be used for many years to come. The size of this custom display stand is 280 mm wide in base, 715mm high, and with metal hat holder sheets 293mm.

3. Brand merchandising, this hat display stand has the brand logo on the metal hat shelves front and header.  It strengthens the brand image and brand effect, though they have hundreds of stores in a highly competitive business world. Both the logo on the header and shelf front are screen printed in white, which is outstanding in the retail environment.

4. Functional. This hat display stand can showcase hats stacked on top, because we left enough space between the shelves and on the metal sheet shelf.

5. This hat display rack has a small packing size, which saves shipping costs. This hat rack display stand is made of 4 parts: 3 metal sheet shelves, a wooden header, a wooden pack panel, and a wooden base. These metal shelves are detachable, and they are knocked down when packed because there are 3 rows of holes on the back panel. The base and the back panel are locked by 2 screws, so the header and the back panel are locked.

6. Easy assembly. After you know the structure of this hat rack display stand, you can understand how to assemble this hat display stand easily. Besides, we provide assembly instructions within the carton; you can assemble it within 2 minutes with a screwdriver. We also provide screwdrivers per set.
