Where is the underwear display rack used for?

The underwear display rack is designed for clothing stores, boutique shops, sportswear stores, hunting gear stores and other retail environments that sell underwear.

This display rack is designed for Antigua performance underwear who is a leading designer and marketer of men’s, women’s and children’s lifestyle apparel and sportswear under the distinctive Antigua label. Antigua has been serving the apparel needs of the Golf, Licensed Sports, Corporate and identity Specialty Retail markets for 40 years.

Why did we design the display rack like below?

The buyer Sean from Antigua in the US sent us a reference design and asked us whether we could make the pant display rack for him. The display rack is made of metal sheets and metal tubes as well as wire hooks. It is a double-sided display rack with curved graphics at the sides, a detachable brand signage header. The construction of the display rack is simple, of course, It is easy for us to make the underwear display rack for Sean.

What’s the feature of the underwear display rack?

After a better understanding of his requirement, and knew that he had a budget on this display rack, and the graphics on the sides would not change so much. So we made a little change which saves producing costs and shipping costs. As the underwear is lightweight, the metal tubes and metal wires we used were strong enough to hold 144 packages of underwear at the same time.

We got rid of the metal sheet sides and changed the curved graphics to be straight ones that are easy to attach to the metal tube frames with screws. The graphics are directly printed on the sides. In this way, the raw material was 1/2 saved and the overall weight of the underwear display rack was lessened.

The hooks are detachable and adjustable to the grid wall middle panel to meet different display needs in stores.  Besides, with adjustable feet, the display rack is stable and sturdy.

The header is interchangeable, it can be inserted into the U tube or taken away easily. The finishing of the display rack is powder-coated matt black which is easy to clean and nice to look at.

Yes, we took photos of the display racks after we assemble them before delivery. And it is our regular work to take photos for customers. It is important for customers to have a look at the products they buy before shipping as the display racks are customized. Above is the right side of the display rack, the graphic tells shoppers that the underwear is using quick-drying fabric, and it is DESERT DRY series. And shoppers can know what the underwear looks like when they try it on.

The left side of the display rack is sharing the same information as the right side, they are a pair.

The front side shows how the hooks are attached to the grid wall panel and how many hooks can be added.  And it can hang underwear in 4 tiers.
